Our History
Choice One Development, LLC was founded by medical, real estate, and construction experts in 2006. This gave us an immediate advantage over the competition, as our knowledge and authority spanned multiple industries, allowing us to provide better support and assistance to our clients from the very beginning.
Our reputation of success started early when one of our first clients, a publicly-traded company that was struggling to find a way to penetrate a specific territory necessary to their expansion, came to us for the design and build of a modern, efficient, and patient-friendly medical clinic. Choice One Development overcame each obstacle in stride and created a unique, beautiful, state-of-the-art building using innovative technology and durable materials. We then continued our success by developing and opening 15 clinics in our first two years, building a name for ourselves as the number one choice for both commercial and medical real estate development projects.

We began working with Choice One Development when we built a ground-up dialysis unit in Deptford New Jersey. They led the charge from initial due diligence to design, budgeting, multi-agency approvals, financing, bidding, construction, and closeout documentation. COD delivered a quality building, on time and on budget. Our second dialysis unit in nearby Vineland went just as smoothly.
